ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT
REFLECTION
Teachers are often seen as individuals who possess remarkable managerial abilities. Much like great managers who oversee and guide their teams, teachers also demonstrate exceptional strategies that enhance the educational growth of their students. A great manager ensures that all aspects under their authority are effectively controlled, much like how teachers manage their classrooms.
Our reflection of a teacher's skills reveals a flexible schedule and the efficient completion of quarterly lessons. This mirrors the attributes of a manager, as teachers ensure that the lessons progress smoothly and meet the learning objectives. Teachers are consistently active in their work, ensuring that everything they do is effective and impactful.
A significant part of a teacher’s role is making sure that students keep up with and understand the lessons. They provide clear examples and explanations, simplifying complex topics to aid students' comprehension. Teachers are also observant, closely monitoring students’ performance. They ensure that all students are engaged and actively improving, fostering an environment where learners continuously develop their abilities.
In addition, teachers empower students to express their thoughts and opinions, particularly during class discussions or recitations. They ensure that every student is learning, and that these skills will be applicable in real-life situations. Teachers also provide guidance, helping students become respectful and mature in the decisions they make.
Through these actions, it becomes clear that teachers display the qualities of great managers. They are dedicated to ensuring the growth and development of their students, managing the classroom with the same care and attention that a manager would give to their team.
